name is Louise, a Britain based in Barbados in the West Indies. I'm a
fully qualified personal trainer specialising in helping others reach
their own personal goals, whether its losing weight, gaining body mass
or just keeping fit.
I cater for locals and tourists alike and visit clients all over Barbados.

am also a spinning instructor and work my class participants to the max!

I have trained ever since leaving school and enjoy general keep-fit, running,
tennis and spinning. I have also taken part in several triathlons, marathons
including London, New York and Barbados.
